Rebuilt PMAX architecture and product-level bidding across two countries.

Rack Attack sells roof racks, hitches, and cargo gear across the US and Canada. We rebuilt the Performance Max architecture into a Proven / Discovery split, shipped a custom labelizer script that segments products by conversion rate with country-specific floors, and built a Cloud Function pipeline that keeps local inventory feeds in sync every four hours.

Server-side tracking and MMM that reset how budget gets allocated.

Diagnosed a ROAS decline rooted in AOV shifts and branded-term cannibalization. Rebuilt server-side GTM with enhanced conversions, remediated duplicate purchase tags across the Magento webhook pipeline, and delivered MMM findings that reshaped the paid media mix toward the channel actually driving incrementality.

Stood up Android and iOS Google Ads UAC alongside Meta App Install campaigns for Modo, a member-owned carshare co-op. Coordinated Firebase-to-Google-Ads linking, SKAdNetwork config, ATT prompt strategy, and Meta SDK integration with the dev team. Geo-targeted lead gen campaigns fill the top of funnel in Vancouver.

Built UGC evergreen retargeting structures on Meta for CA, US, and AU with placement-customized creative. Shipped PVG Live Valve test campaigns against Bronco and Jeep audiences, and standardized UTM taxonomy across the ad account so every click is traceable back to the exact creative that drove it.

Built performance reporting via Google Ads MCP with conversion-action segmentation. Implemented Microsoft UET via GTM Custom HTML (the community template silently dropped parameters). Campaign exited the re-learn phase with a 34% ROAS improvement and a cleaner reporting layer for the exec team.
