Common questions

What people ask about ecommerce & shopify.

01 Are you Shopify-only, or do you work with other platforms?

Shopify is our most common platform, but we actively support Magento, WooCommerce, and custom headless stacks. The paid media and measurement principles are platform-agnostic — the implementation details change. We've shipped work on all three, so we know where each one lies to you.

02 Can you optimize my product feed?

Yes. Feed hygiene is usually the biggest untapped lever in ecommerce paid media. We audit title structure, GTIN/MPN completeness, category taxonomy, image quality, and inventory sync logic. Then we build automated rules (via DataFeedWatch, Feedonomics, or native Shopify/Magento) that apply the improvements and self-maintain.

03 Do you handle new-customer vs. repeat-customer bidding separately?

Always, once the account is sophisticated enough to warrant it. Google Ads supports new-customer acquisition goals via first-party customer match data. Meta handles it through value-based audiences. We configure both, feed them from your order history, and tune bidding to acquire new customers at a CAC tied to predicted LTV.

04 How do you handle cross-border or multi-country Shopify stores?

Multi-country stores need careful feed, currency, and shipping configuration. We set up separate Merchant Center accounts per country where required, manage tariff and tax logic in the feed, and structure campaigns by country so bidding doesn't average across markets with very different economics.

05 Can you help if our Shopify tracking is currently broken?

Fixing broken Shopify tracking is most of what we do on the tracking side. Common issues: duplicate purchase events, missing checkout steps, wrong revenue values from apps like Recharge, and theme updates that break the dataLayer. We audit, remediate, and document — with both web and server-side coverage.
