Below that threshold, the data is usually too sparse for the kind of margin-aware bidding and product-level optimization that justifies our fees. For smaller accounts, we're happy to point you toward solid operators who specialize in the under-$10K tier.

02 Do you work with Performance Max campaigns, or do you avoid them?

We run Performance Max extensively, but deliberately. PMax can be powerful when paired with proper product feed hygiene, search theme guardrails, and a two-campaign architecture that separates proven SKUs from discovery. Without that structure, PMax tends to cannibalize branded search and overspend on low-margin products.

03 How do you handle reporting and communication?

Weekly performance reviews in writing (Loom or dashboard walkthrough), monthly strategic read-outs with the leadership team, and direct Slack or email access to the operator running your account. No account executives translating between you and the work.

04 Can you work with our existing Google Ads account, or do you need to start fresh?

Almost always existing. We audit the account first, propose a restructure plan if needed, and migrate in stages to preserve conversion data and automated bidding history. Starting from scratch costs you weeks of machine-learning ramp-up — we avoid that unless the account is genuinely unrecoverable.

05 Do you share raw Google Ads access or white-label everything?

Full transparency. You own the account, you have admin access, we operate as a linked MCC. Everything we do is visible in your account change history. If we part ways, you keep all the data and structure.

Depends entirely on the starting point. A clean account with good tracking and reasonable spend typically sees 15-30% efficiency gains in the first quarter from structural and bidding improvements.
